Boat Owners Liability Protection

• This cover provides you with the very basic insurance cover. Legal liability cover up to the amount selected
• we will pay legal expenses of up to the amount selected by you if you have an accident in your boat which causes loss or damage to other people's property or their personal injury including death

Your Boat is not covered for

• your excess
• diving equipment, moorings
• sails, masts, bars or standing or running rigging while the boat is racing
• sails set in use, split by the wind or blown away
• theft of outboard motors unless taken from the place where they are normally stored
• loss caused by wear and tear, vermin, borer, gradual deterioration
• inherent fault, defective workmanship
• mechanical, electrical breakdown or failure
