How to make a claim
The best way to notify us of your claim is through our online claim form which you will find here – currently unavailable due to maintenance.
In most cases you must notify us within 30 days of the event taking place. We will reply to you within a few business days.
- If possible and if safe to do so, please take photos of your damaged items and property.
- Gather receipts for your damaged items and if you can, you can get a quote for repair.
